Welcome to IsleVibe Interiors. These terms govern your use of our interior design and renovation services. By engaging with us, you're agreeing to these standards. Why is this important? Because we value the integrity of our craft and the sanctity of your home space.
Our team at 12 Harbour Lane works tirelessly to maintain these standards. We don't just renovate; we curate experiences. This agreement ensures that our eco-friendly materials and design expertise are protected while guaranteeing you the quality you deserve.
2. Service Scope
We provide custom home renovations, island-inspired thematic redesigns, and interior design consultations. Each project is unique. We'll provide a detailed statement of work for every engagement. Have you considered how a thematic redesign impacts your property value? Our 17 years of collective experience helps us navigate these complexities for you.
- Material procurement is subject to availability of reclaimed and eco-friendly stocks.
- Design revisions are limited to three rounds unless otherwise specified in your bespoke package.
3. Payments & Fees
A 35% deposit is required to secure your slot in our renovation calendar. We believe in fair pricing, but the nature of high-end home restoration means costs can shift with market material prices. You'll always be notified of shifts exceeding 5% of the initial quote.
